Job Description
Company: Focus-Wireless Philippines Inc
Location: Carmelray Industrial Park II Brgy. Milagrosa Calamba City Laguna
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing PEZA Forms (8112, 8106, and 8105)
- Coordinate with external parties for any PEZA-related concerns
- Generate Gate pass, Delivery Orders (NCV), and Delivery Receipts (DR)
- Liquidation of PEZA forms (8112, 8106, and 8105)
- Monitoring Liquidation ledger
- Output Monitoring
- PEZA LOA Renewal
- Monitors and sends daily shipment update for Exportation
- Generate AWB, CIPL, ED, and Gate Pass
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in import/export, logistics, or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
