Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Impex Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor import and export activities
- Prepare and review shipping documents
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in import/export operations
- Familiarity with customs regulations and trade laws
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
