Job Description
- Computation of duties and taxes Preparing PEZA forms (8106, 8105) Coordination with suppliers for the required documents.
- Coordination with the brokers for the release of imported goods.
- Checking of brokers’ billing Facilitation of shipments and required documents and permits.
- Coordinated compliance with PEZA and BOC regarding shipments and movements.
- Monitors shipments for both import and export.
- Canvassing for the best quotation/price from suppliers.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders Coordination of the delivery form supplier to company warehouse.
- Purchase of local goods and consumables. Applies 5S in maintaining the workstation clean and in order at all times.
- Performs activities that will be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
