Job Description
The Implementation Analyst, Digital, is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of digital projects and initiatives within our organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and aligning project deliverables with stakeholder expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end implementation of digital projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any barriers to successful implementation.
- Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot issues and optimize digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing digital projects, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
