Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Implementations Team Lead to join our team at ACCPRO INTERNATIONAL. This position is based in the MOA area of Pasay, featuring a hybrid work setup requiring in-office attendance 2-4 times a month, and is a night shift role starting at 9:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in data operations, process ownership, or client onboarding
- 1-3 years of experience in team management with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of data workflows and associated risks
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Experience in process improvement and multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in GSuite and Excel, with excellent English communication skills
Benefits: Receive 20 vacation/sick leave credits, HMO coverage for two dependents, and necessary equipment.
Salary ranges from Php 100,00.00 to Php 120,00.00 per month.
