Job Description
- Works with local and foreign vendors to place order for the products according to the business needs.
- Provide shipping instruction to foreign vendors based on the agreed payment terms
- Review all shipping documents and coordinate with Brokers/agents for customs clearance
- Communicate with Brokers, Forwarders, BOC & provide updates of Customs Ruling
- Work with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments & work closely with end users to ensure that the goods are acquired at the right specification and deliver on a timely basis
- Collaborate with Disbursement & Finance on documents for payment processing
- Coordinate and expedite internal and external document
- Monitor all internal and external documents related to importation
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
