Job Description
Import Logistics Clerk
The role will involve but is not limited to:
- Daily data entry updates to purchase order status
- Daily monitoring of purchasing email inbox
- Filing import documentation on the company server
- Sending daily communications for import documents
- Investigating and reporting on import shipment details
- Weekly stock transfers data entry
- Other duties assigned by MDM SYSTEMS, INC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics & operations, preferably in frozen seafood industry
- Understanding of purchase/sales order systems and supply chain
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
