Job Description
IMPORTATION & EXPORTATION:
Coordinate with the origin/shipper to follow up importation documents (includes CI, PL, BL and FORM E)
In-charge to forward Importation documents to broker and forwarder for advance processing and monitoring purposes.
In charge to create documentation for outbound and local transfer transactions (commercial invoice and packing list)
Review and ensure accuracy/correctness of shipment documentation and verify compliance to standards and local/international regulations.
Process all international shipment (inbound and outbound) and relevant technical and commercial documents including record keeping.
Coordinate with brokers for computation of duties/taxes and releasing of goods from customs custody as well as delivery.
Manage importation of products and ensure timely and safe delivery of products from international suppliers to warehouse.
Monitor the status of shipment including up-to-date tracking and resolution of issues with deliveries.
Plan and implement import strategy and activities consistent with overall goals and requirements of the organization.
COMPLIANCE:
Monitor, coordinate, and process necessary permits and certifications with regards to importable items.
Comply with customs requirements (proof of payment, product brochures, product notifications and License to Operate) and manage and check customs duty costs.
Comply with and process relevant permits with other government agencies such as BOC, DTI, FDA, NTC and OMB.
DOCUMENTATIONS:
Maintain document database and keep records of importation entries related to all transactions.
BILLING:
Receiver of all billing related to importation and local transfer from the nominated broker/forwarder.
Monitor, coordinate and ensure completeness of the Billing Documentations / attachments before submission to Finance department.
In charge to initiate payment request for all importation and local transfer billings via dingtalk
WAREHOUSE:
In-charge for the loading and unloading of all inbound and outbound transactions specifically for HEBE Modules at Pasig Warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
