Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a strong understanding of logistics and import processes? We are currently seeking an Import Specialist / Logistics Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the import operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import documentation, including preparing and verifying shipping documents, customs forms, and invoices.
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and handle any import-related issues or delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to manage stock levels.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export and logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
