Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input of Bookings, Cargo and Flight Details for both Air and Sea Shipments in CELLO System.
- Prepares IRRE Report (Incident Report) for shipment with irregularities and issues.
- Prepares KPI Report (Weekly & Monthly Basis).
- Monitoring of Local POD KPI.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or any related course.
- EXPERIENCE
- With at least 2 years of work experience in an office set-up.
- Logistics and transportation industry experience is an advantage.
- SKILLS
- Good level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a collaborative team player.
- Organized with high attention to details.
