Job Description
Join Accor at the heritage luxury Raffles and Fairmont Makati (312 rooms, including 32 Raffles suites) as In‑Room Dining Manager. You will uphold exceptional guest service standards, perform daily inspections of in‑room and bar operations, prepare accurate operational reports, assist with budgeting, monitor Micros/Opera systems and loyalty program interfaces, and develop colleagues through training in decision‑making and performance management.
- Preferably holds a degree in Hospitality Management;
- Minimum five years’ in‑room dining managerial experience in a luxury hotel;
- Service‑oriented, strong guest‑service skills, and proficient with Opera, Micros and MS Office.
