Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is looking for a dedicated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join their team in the heart of Fort Bonifacio. Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, motivating team members, handling guest complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties:
- Interact and engage with restaurant guests
- Maintain high service standards
- Motivate team members
- Handle guest complaints effectively
- Assist with daily operations and profitability evaluation
Requirements:
- College graduate with a degree in Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel
- Fluent in English and local language
