Job Description
Chase Technologies Corporation is seeking an Inbound Call Supervisor to lead and support our team of call specialists. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and company policies while motivating the team to meet performance targets. Responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, monitoring call quality, handling escalated calls, and preparing performance reports.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary starting at Php25,00.00, with benefits such as staff meals and supplemental pay including 13th-month salary and performance bonuses. Various shift schedules are available.
