Job Description
Join Orbit Teleservices – BPO Main Branch as an Inbound Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will record transactions, validate customer accounts, assist with inquiries, conduct foreign currency exchanges, and promote our bank’s products while ensuring confidentiality.
We seek candidates with a college undergraduate background and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong English communication skills and on-site work ability are essential.
The position offers a salary from Php18,500.00 to Php30,00.00, including health and life insurance benefits.
