Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
We’re looking for an experienced customer support representative that will take on inbound calls. Aside from the customer support responsibilities, we also appreciate candidates with outbound calls and digital marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide support accordingly
- Make outbound calls
- Do some digital marketing-related tasks
- Provide administrative support
- Research data such as lead details, contact information, competitive research and such.
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of customer support experience, mainly with experience in voice/call accounts.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in doing administrative tasks.
- Optional: Experience in researching information on leads such as competitive research, contact information, etc.
- Digital Marketing experience, especially in social media
- Outbound call experience
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11pm- 8am (PH Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php28,00.00 per month
