Job Description
Tawk.to is actively seeking a committed Inbound Dental/Medical Agent to enhance our team. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and submitting claims to various insurance providers, managing necessary documentation, and maintaining communication with office managers. Additionally, you will ensure that all activities comply with company regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review coding to ensure appropriate procedure codes are used.
- Submit claims with all required documentation, including perio charting, X-rays, and clinical notes.
- Address claim denials and resubmit as needed.
- Generate daily/monthly reports as requested.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, Remote work opportunity.
