Job Description

Working Address: Greenhills

Working Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Working Set-up: Hybrid (3x a week on-site, 2x a week WFH)

Work Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and messages from customers who are interested in buying or learning more about the company’s products or services
• Asking questions to understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and budget
• Presenting the features and benefits of the products or services that match the customer’s needs
• Overcoming objections and handling complaints
• Closing sales and processing orders
• Providing after-sales support and follow-up
• Updating customer records and sales data
• Meeting sales goals and targets
• Collaborating with other sales team members and departments
• Researching prospects, reaching out via phone, email, or social media, and setting up meetings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and confident
• Proficient in using computer and phone systems
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Knows MS Excel and MS Word

Note: Company will provide the laptop, mobile phone line, mobile phone if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
