Job Description
- Organize shifts and delegate work to subordinates
- Ensures 100% compliance of all necessary documents for the receipt of goods
- Ensures a correct inventory of the items through accurate counting and recording of receiving transactions.
- Ensures all items received are logged and keyed daily and accurately
- Implements security and safety procedures in all receiving functions and areas.
- Motivates staff to peak efficiency and productivity in all receiving functions and areas.
- Provides delivery schedules that assure delivery of goods in an expedient manner.
- Prepares applicable reports and submits to immediate superior
