Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Incident and Change Management Analyst to join our team. As an analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently, minimizing business impact, and managing the change control process.
Key responsibilities include investigating and diagnosing incidents, analyzing patterns for recurring issues, and recommending improvements to prevent future occurrences. You will also oversee the review, approval, and implementation of change requests in alignment with ITIL best practices.
