Job Description
Required Deliverables:
- Ensure all logged incidents are resolved within SLAs
- Ensure that all internal personnel involved in a service call are working efficiently in a timely manner to meet the SLA
- Ensure all customer communication within a service call is prompt, professional, and reliable.
- Ensure all commitments made to the customer are met or rescheduled with the customer’s knowledge and approval.
- Timely and accurate sending of executive updates
- Timely escalations to correct channels
- Initial level of client escalation management for service calls
- Ensure all requirements are completed for closing service calls.
- OH&S Work Environment:
- Ensure technical work areas remain clean and organized at all times.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized where practical.
- Ensure adherence to ESD procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all OHS requirements, including lifting, cabling, rack-mounting, and equipment in rooms not obstructing walkways.
- Service call handover:
- Ensure all service calls are updated with accurate call updates in a timely fashion
- Ensure proper handover of service call tasks is done at the start and end of each VCA/GSD shift rotation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a College Degree
- Must have 3 years of experience in supervising personnel in the IT maintenance service provider industry
- Must have basic knowledge in IT hardware & software maintenance services
- Willing to be assigned in Clark Global City Office & work in shifting schedules
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php100,00.00 – Php150,00.00 per month
