Job Description
As an Incident Management Analyst I, you will be responsible for the timely resolution of technical incidents and service requests to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Your primary duties will include analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions.
You will also be involved in documenting incidents, tracking trends, and providing recommendations for process improvements to prevent future occurrences.
We are seeking a candidate with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
