Job Description
TRT GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to support our Technical Service team. This role involves overseeing cases that require Service Partner intervention, ensuring timely incident resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with service partners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage incidents, update the Service Partner Database, monitor financial activities, implement best practices, and review business operations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, promotion opportunities, and 13th month salary.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
