Job Description
Maxicare Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Incident Management Supervisor to lead our dedicated incident management team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities along with a thorough understanding of incident management protocols.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the incident response team, ensuring the prompt resolution of incidents, and conducting analysis of incident trends to improve operational processes. A strong background in IT service management, coupled with relevant ITIL certification, is highly desirable.
