Job Description

  • Lead incident resolution process, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain communication with IT and business stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
  • Coordinate critical incidents impacting business operations and document incidents for review.
  • Provide comprehensive shift turnover and recap reports for management review.
  • Identify and analyze problems, suggest improvements, and implement with recognized benefits.
  • Conduct critical incident debriefs and produce detailed post-incident reports.
  • Oversee adherence to Change Management process standards.
  • Ensure change records meet policies and facilitate CAB review meetings.
  • Monitor progress of changes and categorize them appropriately with risk assessment.
  • Audit process lifecycle and report to upper management.
  • Communicate changes impacting supported platforms and facilitate approval of emergency changes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for Change Management.
  • Educate team on Change Management process.

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in Incident Management, Problem and Change Management, and IT Operations.
  • Experience with Major and Minor Incidents.
  • Familiarity with P1 and P2 incidents.
  • Proficiency in conducting critical incident debriefs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical-to-business translation.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL Incident & Change Management processes.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts without schedule preference.
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High-level understanding of various IT Platforms and Infrastructure.
  • Experience managing high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CASD experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop and provide SLAs and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php85,00.00 per month
