Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Incident Manager (Hybrid) to join our team. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of incidents and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely resolution.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in incident management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in both on-premise and cloud environments is preferred.
