Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our team in the SAP Finance Area. As the Incident Manager, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and resolve all incidents related to the SAP Finance system.
You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing incidents, working with cross-functional teams to investigate the root cause, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences. Additionally, you will be involved in providing regular incident reports and recommendations for system improvements.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP Finance processes. Prior experience in incident management and SAP Finance is highly desirable.
