Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Manager with expertise in ITIL practices to join our team. As an Incident & Problem Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving all incidents and problems that occur within our organization.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders including IT teams, customers, and vendors to promptly and effectively address incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. You will be responsible for incident and problem analysis, planning and implementing countermeasures, and monitoring the effectiveness of these solutions.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, processes, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve all incidents and problems in a timely manner
- Analyze incidents and problems to identify underlying causes
- Plan and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with IT teams, customers, and vendors to resolve issues
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
