Job Description
Join our team at Staff Callture Incorporated as an Incident Response Specialist! We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Network Security, Incident Response, or Help Desk Support.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zoho, Zendesk, Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Senior High or College Undergrads are welcome to apply.
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
- Willingness to work in Cabuyao, Laguna.
