Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Skilled in business networking and relationship building.
- Experienced in optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency.
- Adept at using industrial engineering tools and software.
