Job Description
The Influencer Marketing specialist will build and maintain relationships with influencers. The successful candidate will track and execute influencer marketing projects across various channels.
- Recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow with the brand.
- Analyze & monitor KOL performance.
- Maintaining good working relationships with influencers/KOLs for campaign implementation.
- Negotiate contracts and organize influencer programs driving revenue.
- Prepare pitch decks and proposals.
- Lead influencer/KOL development plans aligned with brand image.
- Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback.
- Update Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insights.
- Experience in managing micro-influencer programs and communities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
