Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Information/Admissions Staff at CALAMBA DOCTORS’ HOSPITAL. This position plays a crucial role in providing accurate and up-to-date information to prospective students and assisting them throughout the admissions process.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling inquiries and providing detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and campus facilities to prospective students and parents.
- Assisting applicants with completing their application paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted.
- Coordinating and conducting campus tours for visiting students and conducting information sessions about our institution.
- Reviewing and evaluating application materials to determine eligibility and supporting the admissions committee with the selection process.
- Maintaining a database of prospective students, tracking their progress, and ensuring timely follow-up communication.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A strong service-oriented mindset and a passion for promoting educational opportunities are also essential.
