JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for attending to patients’ concerns, processing medical results, and conducting necessary HMO approvals.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (Medical Course is an advantage)
- Pleasing personality
- Good communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to work with minimal supervision
