Job Description
As the Inquiries & Escalations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team that handles customer inquiries and escalations effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
You will be tasked with ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, resolving escalations in a timely manner, and identifying areas for process improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to liaise with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
