Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Renewals Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for renewing existing contracts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving renewal targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Your main tasks will include contacting clients to discuss contract renewals, negotiating terms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
