Job Description
About the Position
An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in our organization by actively reaching out to potential customers and driving sales growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships via phone, email, and online communication channels. Your primary duties will include identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for answering incoming inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales reports.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting, is highly desirable
