Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales deals over the phone or through online channels. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
In this role, you will actively prospect and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly sales targets. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the B2B sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to handle rejection
