Location: Pasig City (work-from-home)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Nightshift (US Hours)
Salary: Up to Php 50,00
A Global Logistics and Transportation Solutions Provider is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Utilize digital marketing leads to identify potential customers
- Assess and qualify leads to prioritize high-value clients
- Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels
- Develop an understanding of the customer’s needs
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team about ongoing marketing campaigns
- Establish and maintain a strong customer relationship
- Manage and update the CRM system
- Track and analyze KPIs and provide sales reports.
Qualifications/ skills required:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B or SaaS Sales or Account Management
- Must have proven experience with end-to-end sales process, developing and expanding a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing
- Strong analytical, prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation skills are a must
- Must have excellent English Communication Skills
