Job Description
Responsible for surveying households and commercial establishments and provide complete details;
- Assist Clients in accomplishing the client’s survey sheet and ensures the completion of the form;
- Explain the program to every household and commercial establishments;
- Responsible for checking the septic tanks’ accessibility, size, and location;
- Maintain communication with the Data Analyst;
- Create Daily Accomplishment Report;
- Prepare a report for the total surveys done every month; and
- Perform job-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
