Job Description

The Instructional Design Manager is responsible for leading a team of instructional designers and overseeing the development and implementation of effective training programs. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and project management.

The main responsibilities of the Instructional Design Manager include:

1. Developing and implementing instructional strategies and training materials to meet the learning objectives of the organization.
