Job Description
We are conducting a one-day hiring process at multiple metro sites to recruit full-time, permanent Call Center Agents for insurance accounts. Immediate hires are possible. Compensation is up to Php28,00 per month plus a Php30,00 sign-on bonus. Roles involve inbound and outbound calls—voice and non-voice—for local and international accounts, with day, night, and graveyard shifts.
- Assist customers with claims filing and status updates
- Explain billing, payment options, and policy renewals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
