Job Description
RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader for our Insurance division. The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO environment, specifically managing insurance accounts.
Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO
- Prior experience with insurance accounts
- Willingness to work on-site and start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php 44,00.00 per month
