Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Insurance Broker Admin Support. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing administrative assistance and support to our Insurance Brokers.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining client records, preparing reports, processing documents, and handling general inquiries. You will also assist with coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel, is also required.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
