Job Description
- Responsible for generating repair referrals through coordination with offsite accredited insurance providers.
- Assist customers in filing insurance claims, claims procedures, and dealings with insurance providers.
- Visit and promote company products and service to clients.
Qualifications*
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- With at least 6 months experience as Insurance Coordinator or Warranty Processor.
- Experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
- With good communication and service skills.
