- Responding to incoming calls
- Communicating with all related departments regarding problems and progress
- Handling office general affairs
- Issuing quotations and policies
- Evaluating, adjusting, and settling property insurance claims
- Checking and reviewing policy coverage, reports, and submitted documents
- Evaluating claims and making recommendations for payment or denial
- Conducting negotiations for settlements
- Conducting risk and claims inspections
Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak the local dialect (Kapampangan)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of driving motorcycles and vehicles is optional
- Knowledgeable in computer-related applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral, is required
- Have a positive thinking, professional, and supportive attitude
- Must have a logical and diligent approach to all tasks
- Keen attention to detail
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have motivation to help others
- Willing to be assigned to fieldwork
- Applicants must be willing to work in Angeles City
- Willing to take the exam and final interview in Binondo Manila (Head Office)
- No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Monday to Friday
