Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Support: Assist customers with insurance questions and claims.
- Compassionate Service: Respond to customers with empathy and effective solutions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- Experience: Six months of BPO experience.
- Education: K-12 Graduate or Senior High School.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
