Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Insurance Team Leader. As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of insurance professionals, ensuring their performance meets and exceeds company expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team members
- Monitoring and analyzing team performance, developing strategies for improvement
- Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. In addition, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
