Job Description
Expand Offshore is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to accurately verify patient eligibility, confirm insurance coverage, calculate co-payments, create and update insurance plans, and maintain benefit records. The role includes contacting insurers, completing billing documentation, supporting billing and medical coding, assisting with claims reviews, and educating patients on coverage as needed.
- Requirements: self-motivated, accountable, goal-oriented; strong Excel and basic data application skills; excellent spoken and written English; BPO experience preferred.
- Work conditions: able to work with minimal supervision and willing to work night shifts.
- Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From Php17,00/month. Location: In person.
