Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in project timelines and deliverables, keeping the team informed of progress.
  • Assist with creating and managing basic project documentation.

Outreach and Communication:

  • Assist in developing outreach strategies to identify potential partners and new sellers.
  • Reach out to potential partners and sellers via email, phone calls, and other communication channels under supervision.
  • Observe clear communication of project goals, benefits, and expectations to partners and sellers.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project executions.
  • Assist in facilitating communication and information sharing between partners/sellers and internal teams as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a university program
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month internship
  • Demonstrated resilience and work ethic
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Client-facing demeanor with the confidence to build relationships with other brands
  • Strong team player mentality
  • Willingness to work in our Makati office at least once a week
