Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Audit and Compliance Officer. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates within legal and regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular internal audits to assess risks, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate potential risks.
Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in internal auditing or compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
