Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Grameen Pilipinas Microfinance, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement.
The Internal Audit Manager will lead a team of auditors, conduct risk assessments, and develop audit plans. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
If you have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with professional certifications such as CIA or CISA, and a minimum of 5 years of audit experience, we encourage you to apply.
